SERVICES PROVIDED: Classes are taught by Kat Martin ("Trainer"), a professional dog trainer. Classes are limited to a maximum of 8 dogs. Trainer, at her discretion, may refuse entry to a pet which is not healthy, is aggressive, or does not seem suitable for services provided. PAYMENT: Payment is due prior to the start of training. Refunds will only be given at the discretion of trainer. REMOVAL FROM TRAINING: Trainer, at her sole discretion, may remove a pet from class if a hazard or threat of any nature to any other animal or person is present. No refund will be given under such circumstances. VACCINATIONS: For classes, please bring a copy of your pet’s vaccinations records (titers accepted) by the start of the second class or you will be excused from class and no refund given. I understand and agree that Dogs and Kat shall not be liable for any injury or damage to any person, animal, or property, which results from the training or behavior of my pet.
